ACM (Application Charset Map), .acm files use for mapping
non Unicode or non X-LATE Mode character to Unicode
specified by Thai fonts that included SFM

SFM (Screen Font Map), .sfm files use for add
Unicode Mapping of Thai console fonts using psfaddtable

The SFM that have x prefix are Console Extensions Fonts with
Box drawing characters (TIS620x) at 0x80-0x9F
Thai characters (TIS-620) at 0xA0-0xFF

Note :
U+F000-U+F0FF(F1FF) : Use for straight to font
U+00A0 : This Non Blocking Space
U+FEFF : Blank End
